1. Introduction

Welcome to HostelHub. By accessing our website or booking an accommodation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid identification document must be provided at the time of check-in. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or possess a written consent letter.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payments must be made in full before or at the time of check-in.
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other residents and staff. Any form of harassment, illegal activities, or damage to property will result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal action.

5. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged directly to the guest.

6. Liability

HostelHub is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the lockers provided and keep their valuables secure.
